We don\u2019t offer traditional indoor classes like other gyms. There are already plenty of great places in the city doing that. Instead, we focus on YOU and YOUR training. We do this by offering Small Groups, Personal Training, and outdoor bootcamps, where we carefully match you with the right trainer who fits your needs and goals. Small Groups and Personal Training are add-ons to your membership at THEGYM. <\/p>\n

We do not offer free trial sessions, but you have the option to purchase a day ticket or a season pass here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Once your purchase is completed, you will be set up with your own membership profile, where the chosen product will be added. If it’s a day ticket, it can be redeemed whenever it suits you to visit the center. This also allows you to download our membership app upon purchase. Through the app, you can see how many people are currently at the center and also check when there are available sauna sessions to book for free. This way, you are guaranteed a spot! <\/p>\n

When you purchase a day pass, punch card, or membership, you get access to all of the gym\u2019s facilities \u2013 from free towel service and complimentary coffee to sauna sessions, and of course, full access to the FITNESS, LOUNGE, and RELAX areas.<\/p>\n

You can cancel your membership with notice of the current payment period plus one additional payment period.<\/p>\n

If you wish to cancel your membership, this must be done in writing by contacting THEGYM Aarhus at info@thegymaarhus.dk.<\/p>\n

If there is any doubt as to whether the membership has been cancelled, you as the member must be able to provide documentation of the cancellation.<\/p>\n

Your cancellation is valid from the date you, as the member, have stated. We have a total of 3 different areas at THEGYM FITNESS. A FITNESS area equipped with the latest training equipment on the market, as well as the option to add personal training and small group sessions. In our LOUNGE area, you can relax before and after your workout and enjoy light refreshments such as coffee, water, and fresh fruit. Our RELAX area is our wellness section, where you\u2019ll find three different saunas: a Finnish sauna with sauna infusions, a bio sauna, and an infrared sauna, along with cold-water facilities and a relaxation area offering light refreshments. In addition, you can purchase treatments such as massage, acupuncture, hot stone therapy, physiotherapy, and other wellness treatments. <\/p>\n
