OPPORTUNITIES ARE RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR
Nature plays a central role in our training methods. We believe that the best training opportunities are found right outside your door. That’s why we integrate natural elements and simple equipment into our programs, enabling our members to train almost anywhere. This includes the use of TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls, heavier medicine balls, as well as agility ladders and cones for dynamic reaction and cardio training.
We know that accessibility is key to consistent training. That’s why we stick to basic, functional equipment that is easy to transport and use. This gives you the freedom to take your training home – without the need for expensive gear.
