TIME FOR PEACE & PRESENCE
The first thing you’ll encounter at THEGYM, besides our smiling host at the reception, is our LOUNGE area. Here, you can lean back and relax with peace of mind.
In our LOUNGE, you are surrounded by nature, a relaxing atmosphere, and fresh refreshments. Spend time here networking with your training partners or simply enjoy the calm before heading back into your daily routine.
In the LOUNGE, we have a sofa area where you can relax and unwind before or after your visit. It’s a space for informal meetings, co-working, or a casual chat with the staff or fellow members at the center.
FREE TOWEL SERVICE
At the reception, you’ll receive a large and a small towel at every visit, making things as easy and convenient for you as possible. This way, you avoid carrying around damp towels in your bag when you’re already on the go from A to B.
FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE & LIGHT REFRESHMENTS
In the café area, you’ll find our kitchenette offering light refreshments and sparkling water straight from our chilled water tap, along with freshly brewed tea and coffee. You can select your preferred coffee type directly from our iPad. All of this is included in your membership at THEGYM.
In our two refrigerators, you’ll find a selection of refreshments, from protein-packed drinks by Bodylab to refreshing Vitamin Well and State energy drinks. If tempted, these can be purchased through your membership.

When you visit THEGYM, you’re not just stepping into a fitness and wellness center. With coffee, sparkling water, complimentary towel service, Meraki products, and GHD styling tools, you’ll enjoy an extra dose of luxury and well-being during your time at the center.
Say goodbye to carrying around old damp towels when you visit THEGYM! At our center, we’ve made it a priority to offer you complimentary towel service as part of your experience with us.
When you visit the center, our smiling hosts at the reception will provide you with two towels: a large bath towel and a smaller towel for use in the RELAX area when you finish with the saunas. After use, simply leave the towels in our wicker baskets in the changing room, and we’ll take care of the rest.
This means you won’t have to worry about dragging wet, bothersome towels around in your bag — just bring your change of clothes. We’ve got the rest covered for you at THEGYM — it doesn’t get more convenient than that!
We’ve treated you to carefully selected products from Relevant Cosmetics, adding a little extra well-being to your visit at the center.
You’ll find Relevant products freely available in our changing rooms and restrooms. After your workout or a session in the sauna, you can step into the shower and enjoy our body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Afterwards, as you freshen up for the day ahead, you can give your skin and hair some extra care with our face serum, day cream, body serum, and body lotion — all while the scent sticks create a wonderful everyday spa atmosphere. Everything is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and radiant.
In our restrooms, you’ll also find our hand wash and scent sticks, adding that extra touch of indulgence.

At THEGYM, we have installed a specially designed changing table so you can always take good care of even the little ones with us.
For us, it’s important that you feel welcome and comfortable, whether you’re on the training mat or with your little one. Our changing table is not just practical; it’s part of the exclusive atmosphere we create in our center. That’s why it has been custom-made by a carpenter specifically for THEGYM.

Would you like to visit the center? Or do you not make full use of a membership, and a day pass would be more advantageous for you?
With a day ticket you get access to all the center’s facilities – towel service, coffee, saunas and of course access to the FITNESS, LOUNGE and RELAX areas.
If you’d like to collect 10 day passes on a single digital punch card to use over time, that option is also available. After purchasing a day pass or punch card, they will be available on your membership profile with us, where you simply use your phone to check in.
The pricing structure is simple:
- Day ticket: 175 kr.
- Voucher of 10 day tickets: DKK 1,500.
- THEGYM FITNESS: 899 DKK every 4 weeks.
- THEGYM BOOTCAMP: 899 kr. pr. 4. Uge.
THE MEMBERSHIP: 1.599 kr. pr. 4. Uge.

Here you get access to all the center’s facilities – from free towel service, to free coffee, saunas and of course the FITNESS, LOUNGE and RELAX areas.
Once you have registered below, your own member profile will be created. You can redeem it whenever it suits you to visit the center, and you can now download our membership app. In the app you can see the current number of visitors to the center, you can see when the sauna is available and you can book an appointment. Free of charge, of course.
