We don’t offer traditional indoor classes like other gyms. There are already plenty of great places in the city doing that. Instead, we focus on YOU and YOUR training. We do this by offering Small Groups, Personal Training, and outdoor bootcamps, where we carefully match you with the right trainer who fits your needs and goals. Small Groups and Personal Training are add-ons to your membership at THEGYM.

Outdoor bootcamp is included with the BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP, or by upgrading to the ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP.

We have a “no bullshit” approach to our memberships. We believe in clear and simple solutions without unnecessary complexity. As a THEGYM member, you can choose between the ENTRY MEMBERSHIP at 1,195 DKK per 4 weeks or the BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP at 595 DKK per 4 weeks.

The ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP combines the benefits of both the ENTRY MEMBERSHIP and the BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP at a reduced price of 1,695 DKK per 4 weeks. You get full access to both indoor and outdoor training, as well as saunas and wellness in RELAX.

We do not offer free trial sessions, but you have the option to purchase a day ticket or a season pass here. Once your purchase is completed, you will be set up with your own membership profile, where the chosen product will be added. If it’s a day ticket, it can be redeemed whenever it suits you to visit the center. This also allows you to download our membership app upon purchase. Through the app, you can see how many people are currently at the center and also check when there are available sauna sessions to book for free. This way, you are guaranteed a spot!

If you wish to use another day ticket, season pass, or membership afterward, simply approach our host at the reception.

A day pass costs 295 DKK, giving you access to all of the center’s facilities – including towel service, free coffee, the FITNESS area, and the wellness area in RELAX with sauna infusions.

A clip card includes 10 day passes in total and costs 2,395 DKK.

Value cards, including for example tickets or access passes issued in connection with competitions, campaigns, or similar, are generally valid for six months from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated on the card or provided separately.

Yes, the age limit at THEGYM is 20 years. This means that regardless of age, everyone visiting THEGYM is expected to show respectful behavior and use the facilities responsibly – so there’s space and comfort for all.

The age limit applies regardless of whether it’s a day pass, punch card, membership, or event.

At THEGYM, we’ve made things as easy as possible for you – that’s why we have a membership app! This way, you won’t have to worry about forgotten or lost cards.

When you purchase a day pass, punch card, or membership, you get access to all of the gym’s facilities – from free towel service and complimentary coffee to sauna sessions, and of course, full access to the FITNESS, LOUNGE, and RELAX areas.

After registering, you will be set up with your own membership profile. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome email where you can download our membership app.

Through the app, you can check how many people are currently in the gym, view opening hours, and see when sauna infusion sessions are available—plus, you can book your spot for free. That way, you’re guaranteed a place!

You can cancel your membership with notice of the current payment period plus one additional payment period.

If you wish to cancel your membership, this must be done in writing by contacting THEGYM Aarhus at info@thegymaarhus.dk.

If there is any doubt as to whether the membership has been cancelled, you as the member must be able to provide documentation of the cancellation.

Your cancellation is valid from the date you, as the member, have stated. However, the cancellation is only considered confirmed once you have received a receipt acknowledging it.
