In RELAX you will find the following saunas:
- Finnish Sauna: Experience the traditional Finnish sauna with its dry, soothing heat and participate in a sauna gus where water mixed with essential oils is poured over the hot stones, creating an intense burst of steam. This combination of warm and aromatic scents ensures deep relaxation and pure well-being.
- Bio Sauna: Enjoy a gentler sauna experience in our bio sauna, where essential oils and temperature variations combine to create a unique aromatherapeutic and restorative wellness experience.
- Infrared Sauna: Explore the benefits of infrared rays that heat the body from within for pain relief and effective cleansing, recommended by physiotherapists for both pre- and post-workout.
SAUNAGUS IN AARHUS
We have saunagus in our large Finnish sauna with a wide staff of gus masters, each with their own techniques, experience and methods of working with the essential oils, heat and atmosphere of the sauna.
Focusing on diversity is something we take pride in, ensuring that as a member, you have the opportunity to experience different sessions depending on the therapist you see. We host a themed evening once a month, where we invite external specialists or use our own experts, all of whom offer you a unique sauna infusion experience.

The Finnish sauna is a place where you can immerse yourself in the traditional Finnish sauna experience and add that extra touch of well-being with sauna infusions. Sauna infusion is an ancient practice that combines intense waves of heat with aromatic scents and relaxing rituals. It’s an experience designed to cleanse both body and mind.
AUTHENTIC SAUNAGUS
Step into our Finnish sauna and let the heat envelop you as you enjoy the aromatic scents and the soothing heat effect of sauna infusion. It’s a journey back to ancient traditions, offering both renewal and well-being. In the Finnish sauna, you can give yourself a moment of pure relaxation and recharge.
The sauna is freely available throughout our opening hours. Please feel free to use the small towel provided to you at the reception to sit on, and always wear swimwear when visiting our RELAX area.
Our Finnish sauna is available all year round, giving you the perfect excuse to regularly take a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in total well-being. Use the small towel given to you at reception as a mat and remember to wear swimwear in our RELAX area.

BIO SAUNA
Want to experience a whole new dimension of relaxation and aromatic well-being? Then you should try our biosauna.
The Biosauna is a modern interpretation of the sauna experience, combining the heat of traditional saunas with innovative elements to create a unique and gentler heat experience.
The sauna is approximately 60-65 degrees, where the traditional Finnish sauna is up to 85-90 degrees. The Biosauna is therefore a milder sauna where we combine temperature variations and essential oils for an amazing experience.
IS A WORLD OF AROMATIC WELL-BEING
While our Finnish sauna only has essential oils during the sauna infusion, the bio-sauna continuously diffuses essential oils. Here, you can truly immerse yourself in a world of well-being and enjoy the aromatic scents at any time.

MEET OUR CASTING MASTERS
With a busy everyday life, balancing both children and a job that involves work-related travel, Katrina has many things on her plate. That’s why she loves the peace she finds in the sauna. The sauna is her sanctuary, where she connects her body, mind, and soul.
For Katrina, the sauna is effective in helping us “turn off” our heads and become more present in our bodies.
With Katrina as your shower master, you’ll find that she enjoys working with cold/heat therapy with a meditative recovery or with the cleansing effect of the sauna.
She looks forward to guiding you through the magical world of the sauna.
Finja is studying to become a teacher and also teaches CrossFit. She has a background in both dance and CrossFit, and has a general love for being active.
Finja has a great passion for teaching and her approach is always focused on the whole person, as she believes that body, mind and soul belong together.
In addition to training, Finja finds joy in nurturing her whole self by hiking, winter swimming, and practicing sauna infusions. This is where Finja feels at peace, able to be present in the moment and find calm. Finja’s sauna infusion sessions are for those who need relaxation, focus, and presence.
Finja values community and believes that there is something unique about the energy that arises when we come together and do the same thing!
She ensures to create a safe environment where you feel welcome. She thrives best when she can create a space where everyone can be part of an environment where we can grow together!
Emil has practiced a myriad of sports, but is particularly fond of climbing and weightlifting, which he does with a calm approach and good humor.
In addition to being active, Emil loves music and concerts. This passion also comes through in his sauna infusions.
Emil focuses on building high heat, experimenting with essential oil blends, and creating a sauna infusion experience that can be likened to endurance challenges. A session with plenty of power.
Julius grew up with a tennis racket in his hand and has played tennis at the highest national level for many years. Although he has lowered his ambitions, sport and training still play a big part in his life. This interest has also been reflected in his career as a tennis coach in Kolding and Aarhus, as well as at Club La Santa in Spain.
Julius is on the floor or at our reception, always ready to help with a smile on his face.
Julius has a playful approach to his sauna infusions. He experiments with essential oils and music, ranging from jazz to pop.
Niklas has found himself particularly comfortable in racket and bat sports, where he has also picked up an interest in good recovery.
He frequently uses saunas and cold water on his own body after a long day of physical activity to make sure he’s ready to go again the next day.
During a sauna infusion with Niklas, you can expect to be challenged by the heat, and he will encourage you to step out and challenge yourself with the cold. Niklas will focus on ensuring you leave the session with a great feeling — and hopefully, with a smile on your face.
Magnus is in our RELAX area, where you’ll find him as the sauna master. With a background and experience in sauna infusions, he sets the stage for a session where you can find peace and leave feeling revitalized with renewed energy and strength.
Mikkel has a background in CrossFit, with his current focus on running, injury prevention training, and general fitness.
As a sauna master, Mikkel creates a calm yet intense atmosphere, where the heat gradually builds up. The goal is to help you relax and find a deeper connection with your body — but also be prepared for the temperature to challenge you during the final minutes.
As a host, Mikkel is always ready for a good chat, whether it’s about training, sauna infusions, or the little joys of everyday life.
He is a regular part of THEGYM, where he works, trains, and enjoys the community – often all three at once.
Stine is passionate about movement and physical expression, and has previously played football at a high level. Today, she challenges herself through running, cycling, and strength training, constantly pushing new boundaries — both physically and mentally.
As a sauna master, Stine creates a sauna infusion experience that balances well-being and challenge. She believes that growth happens when the body finds relaxation but is also pushed out of its comfort zone. In the sauna, she creates a safe and present space where everyone can unwind, immerse themselves in the moment, and feel the warmth working through their body.
Martin has a great passion for sports and spends most of his time training and competing in triathlons. With a daily routine filled with physical activity, sauna infusions play an important role in his recovery and overall well-being.
His sauna infusion sessions range from deep, relaxing breathing exercises to high-intensity “high-gus” experiences, where the temperatures are truly felt. Each session is carefully crafted with customized oils and themes, ensuring a complete experience for both body and mind.
