BOOTCAMP IN ÅBYHØJ

In Åbyhøj, bootcamps are held at Aarhus Statsgymnasium. Training takes place either at the parkour area behind the school or at the covered area by the parking lot. In the unique setting behind one of the sports halls at the Statsgymnasium, you’ll find a perfect training spot tailored to our needs. Here, a large parkour structure invites versatile and creative TRX training. The area is equipped with stairs and various blocks, ideal for exercises such as push-ups and step-ups, making it possible to take full advantage of a wide range of functional training options.
One of the major advantages of this location is its natural shelter, combined with a non-slip surface that makes it a safe and comfortable place to train year-round. On gloomy days, we also have the option to move to nearby covered areas, allowing us to continue training regardless of the weather. This is especially valuable during the colder months when weather conditions can be more challenging.
