BOOTCAMP IN AARHUS
MEMORIAL PARK
Train under the open sky in the heart of Aarhus at Marselisborg Memorial Park, where the large green spaces and fresh air create a beautiful setting for your workout. Enjoy exercising in open surroundings that boost both your mental and physical health, and experience how effective training is combined with fresh air and the lush greenery of the park overlooking the water.

Located in the heart of Aarhus, we always meet at the Flag Square in Memorial Park – the perfect starting point for our training sessions. The Flag Square serves as the central hub where we kick off each workout, taking full advantage of the park’s diverse terrain and the many opportunities it offers.
Memorial Park is a true gem with its wide-open views and diverse zones. Here, we train in an environment that is not only visually stunning but also full of opportunities to challenge the body in new ways. At the Flag Square, you can engage in intense leg workouts, make use of TRX equipment, or take on effective hill sprints that will really get your heart rate up.
The park also offers dedicated areas with training equipment, set in open spaces with stunning views over the city, giving your workout a whole new dimension beyond just working up a sweat. No matter where we are in the park, we move between different zones to incorporate light running, movement, and play, creating a dynamic and fun training experience.
The scenic surroundings and nature-rich environment are filled with active people who create an inspiring and motivating atmosphere.
