THEGYM FITNESS membership includes access to all our indoor facilities, free towel service, saunas and wellness in RELAX, as well as refreshment and co-working in LOUNGE.

THEGYM BOOTCAMP gives you high-intensity group workouts in nature, led by our experienced personal trainers.
You get access to all our outdoor classes and are free to join the classes you want, as often as you want!

We don’t have traditional indoor classes like other centers.
There are so many others who are good at that in the city.
Instead, we want to focus on YOU and YOUR workout.
We do this by offering Small Groups, Personal Training and outdoor bootcamps, where we carefully select the right trainer for you that matches your needs and desires.
Small Groups and Personal Training are an add-on to your THEGYM membership.
Outdoor bootcamp is available with the THEGYM BOOTCAMP membership, or by upgrading to THE MEMBERSHIP membership.
We have a “no bullshit” approach to our memberships.

As a THEGYM member you have the option to choose between FITNESS and BOOTCAMP, both at the same price of DKK 899 per 4 weeks.

Yes, you can!
When you get a free trial, you get access to all the center’s facilities – from free towel service, to free coffee, saunas and of course the FITNESS, LOUNGE and RELAX areas.
After you have registered hereyou will be created with your own member profile, where you will be assigned one trial lesson.
You can redeem it when it suits you to visit the center, but it also allows you to download our membership app upon registration.
Via the app, you can see how many people are visiting the center right now, and you can also see when saunas are available and book yourself in for free.
Then you’re sure to get a seat!
If you want to make use of a day ticket, voucher or membership afterwards, simply go to the reception of our host.
A day ticket costs DKK 175 and gives you access to all the center’s facilities – from towel service and free coffee to FINTESS and the wellness area in RELAX with saunagus.
A voucher has a total of 10 x day tickets and costs DKK 1,500.
Yes, the age limit at THEGYM is 15 years.
Of course, this means that regardless of age level, everyone who visits THEGYM must have good behavior and use of the center’s facilities, so there is room and space for everyone.
The age limit applies regardless of whether it is a trial session, day ticket, voucher or membership.
At THEGYM we’ve made it as easy as possible for you, which is why we have a membership app!
That way we avoid forgotten and lost cards.
When you get a free trial lesson or buy either a day ticket, punch card or membership, you get access to all the center’s facilities – from free towel service, to free coffee, saunas and of course the FITNESS, LOUNGE and RELAX areas.
After you have registered, you will be created with your own member profile.
Upon registration you will receive a welcome email where you can download our membership app.
Via the app, you can see how many people are visiting the center right now, opening hours, and you can also see when saunas are available and book for free.
Then you’re sure to get a seat!
You may terminate the subscription with a notice period of current payment period, plus a payment period period.
If you wish to terminate the subscription, this must be done in writing to THEGYM Aarhus ApS at info@thegymaarhus.dk.
If there is any doubt as to whether the membership has been terminated, you as a member must be able to document the termination.
Your termination is valid from the time you as a customer have signed, however, the subscription is only terminated when you have received a receipt confirming the termination.
ABOUT THE FACILITIES
We have a total of 3 different areas at THEGYM FITNESS.
A FITNESS area with all the latest training equipment on the market, as well as the option to purchase personal training and small groups.
In our LOUNGE area you can hang out before and after your workout and enjoy light refreshments such as coffee, water and fresh fruit.
In our RELAX area we have our wellness area where you will find a total of 3 different saunas: Finnish sauna with saunagus, bio sauna and infrared sauna, as well as our cold water facilities and relaxation area with light refreshments.
In addition, you can purchase treatments such as massage, acupuncture, hotstone, physiotherapy and other wellness treatments.
THEGYM BOOTCAMP consists of +8 locations around Aarhus and the surrounding area.

Yes, we have an Inbody Weight so you can track and measure your progress.
Our FITNESS area places great emphasis on high quality, which is why we offer the latest machines on the market.
In FITNESS you will find:
+ Cardio area, with the latest Intenza, Body Bike and Xebex machines.
+ Machine/Strength area with Gym80 – the market leader.
+ Free weight area with everything you could dream of.
+ Large and beautiful functional area with large rack and plenty of kettlebells.
+ Stretching area with foam rollers, yoga blocks and comfortable mats.
+ Large prowler track with magnetic braked sleds.
Our RELAX area is designed with great inspiration from various spa hotels, where you get an exclusive atmosphere with 3 different saunas, saunas, cold water facilities and a relaxation area with fresh supplies.
That’s why RELAX is also a common area, accessible from both changing rooms, as a separate department from the rest of the center.
Our treatments match the skilled therapists we have at THEGYM.
We range from sports massage to acupuncture, hot stones, physiotherapy and more.

There needs to be plenty of elbow room and enough machines so you don’t have to wait for your desired machine to become available.

We’ve chosen to add room dividers so you can have your workout in peace and quiet without being on display in a large room.

We’ve prioritized the best of the best: A fully automatic coffee machine with iPad.
We’ve teamed up with Scanomat Amokka, which delivers a delicious and rich coffee that you can enjoy in both our LOUNGE and RELAX areas.
You can even choose to brew your caffé latte with almond milk instead of regular milk.

At THEGYM there’s room for you, whether you’re a beginner and need our assistance to kick-start your training with personal training or small groups.
Or you’re the experienced athlete who wants to focus on you and your training in an exclusive setting with 100% focus on you.
Throughout the immediate area and up to THEGYM’s curbside, there is 1-2 hours of parking, where there is plenty of opportunity to park your car.
If you want to park longer, you can do so via the EasyPark App.
There will be full staffing during this time:
+ Monday-Thursday: 06:00-22:00.
+ Friday-Sunday: 06:00-20:00.
All our facilities will be open during this time, including our RELAX area with sauna and cold water facilities.
It is only our shower master who will hold sauna showers during selected times in the Finnish sauna.
No, unfortunately we don’t.
We don’t want to compromise on price, so we won’t be running price-oriented promotions for our center.
The short answer is: Yes.
The training partner you choose will receive their own personal membership card and can train on their own and use all of THEGYM’s facilities from FITNESS to RELAX.
After 3 months, the membership will end for the training partner.
