With our regular meeting point by the park’s fitness equipment, we combine versatility with a non-slip surface and lighting for winter training. We make use of the park’s hilly terrain, stairs, and playground to create dynamic and varied training sessions. Experience a unique and fun workout in an engaged community.

In Åby Park, one of the most versatile training areas in Aarhus, you’ll find THEGYM Bootcamp, where we utilize the park’s many facilities to create a dynamic and effective training experience.
Our regular meeting point is by the park’s training equipment, where we can also hang TRX equipment, secured by a non-slip surface and good lighting in the darker months.
The park’s hilly terrain provides the perfect conditions for varied training with both high- and low-intensity activities. In addition to the permanent fitness equipment, we also use the park’s natural features such as stairs and playground areas to add creativity and fun to our workouts.
