This program is for you who want to rediscover the joy of running – with professional coaches, a supportive community, and well-structured plans that help you feel stronger week by week.

You don’t need to be fast. You don’t need any experience. You just need the desire to feel good about running – and you’ll get the right tools, motivation, and guidance to succeed.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

PROGRAM

WEEK 38 TO 46

All training sessions are planned in advance, and most start and end at THEGYM – however, routes may vary depending on the program, weather, and group preferences.

  • Weekly training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Group training with individual adjustments based on heart rate, intervals, and pace.
  • One additional independent long run (max 1.5 hours) at low intensity.
  • Start and mid-way performance tests to measure your progress.
  • Note: In week 42, there will be no group training due to the autumn break.

WEEK 38 – INTRO

  • First training session: Tuesday, September 16th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
  • 30-40 minute welcome session with a presentation of the trainers and the program.
  • Workshop info, as well as an introduction to PurePower, liiteGuard, and Kaiser Sport.
  • Distribution of goodie bags and personal goal setting.
  • Booking of your personal strength program.
  • 30-40 minutes of running training, with the option to use the sauna after the session.

WEEK 46 – FINISH

  • Last training Thursday, 13 November, 5:00 PM–6:30 PM.
  • Group closing run.
  • Program evaluation.
  • Closure and advice for continued training.

FAQ

You’ll get two weekly group training sessions with professional specialists who ensure that you build motivation and develop your endurance and technique.

Training takes place: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Our team consists of certified running coaches, personal trainers, and physiotherapists from Kaiser Sport and THEGYM, with years of experience helping runners of all levels reach their goals.

You’ll receive a personal strength training program to improve your strength, endurance, and running efficiency.

The training is designed to help you improve while also reducing the risk of injury and making you a more efficient runner. All participants have the opportunity to book a session with our specialist for an introductory consultation and a program review, ensuring you get the most out of your strength training journey.

Follow a well-structured training plan that gradually develops you and your running.

You’ll get a combination of running, strength training, and recovery.

Take part in specialized workshops on training optimization and running technique, giving you the best foundation and plenty of opportunity to ask all the questions you have.

  • Sunday, September 21st: Training optimization – Learn how to get the most out of your program with injury-preventive strength training, proper nutrition, and habit adjustments for better performance.
  • Tuesday, October 7th: Running technique : Running technique, nutrition, and recovery – Understand the key factors that help you develop good running form.

Each workshop lasts about 60 minutes and provides you with practical tools you can implement right away.
