BOOTCAMPS AT THEGYM

We are thrilled to announce an exciting expansion of our training offering from July 1st.

THEGYM has acquired Udendørstræning.dk and Active Seasons, two leading companies within outdoor bootcamps.
This means that we can now offer effective, intense and personalized outdoor training at 14 locations in Aarhus and the surrounding area.

This gives you 19 different training times each week where you can join our classes.

This includes the use of TRX, kettlebells, elastic bands, slamballs, heavier balls, as well as agility ladders and cones for dynamic reaction training and heart rate training.

We know that accessibility is key to consistent training.
That’s why we stick to basic, functional equipment that’s easy to transport and use.
This gives you the freedom to take your workout home with you – even without big equipment costs.
